Focus Money: Rainbow in Top 5 video conference platforms

Rainbow™, the Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise cloud-based communication platform, has been recognised as one of the most popular platforms for video conferencing in Germany according to a new FOCUS-MONEY study: “Online portals: the best on the net”. ALE is a leading provider of communications, networking and cloud solutions tailored to customers’ industries.

For the study, the Cologne-based consulting and analysis institute ServiceValue evaluated more than 93,000 customer ratings in June 2021 to discern which online portals the surveyed customers had used in the past 12 months and how satisfied they were with the functionality and services of each portal.

In the "Video Conferencing" category, openrainbow secured a place among the five best video conference portals in Germany, alongside other globally recognised brands, and received the magazine’s "TOPNOTE" rating. The full study results were published in issue 31/2021 of FOCUS-MONEY magazine.
